Charlie Haden and Liberation Music Orchestra featuring Carla Bley 공연에 다녀 왔다. (해방음악단에 관한 소개는 해방 음악을 연주하는 재즈 오케스트라 에서 찾아 볼 수 있다.)  "전쟁을 전쟁이라 하지 않고 여전히 점령이라고 표현하는 사람들이 있다"라는 Haden의 인사말로 공연이 시작 되었다. 레파토리는 Not in our name + we shall overcome " 오늘 여기 온 당신들은 참 좋은 귀를 가졌습니다. 밖에 있는 다른 사람들도 좋은 귀를 가지면 좋겠습니다" 미 합중국 44대 대통령 선거를  앞둔 미국인들에게 Haden이 전하고픈 오늘의 메세지.  

생각이 난 김에 가지고 있는 Charlie Haden 음반에 관해 간략히 한번 적어 봅니다.

아래의 녹턴앨범과 더불어 루발카바(피아노)가 등장하는 앨범인데요. 얼마전에 루발카바 콘서트에서 졸다가 나온 기억이 있기도 하고 내공이 되지 않아서 즐겨 듣지는 못하는 음반입니다.

한번 들어봤구나 하는 En la Orilla del Mundo (At the Edge of the World)만 가끔씩 듣습니다.
